HR Working Student (m/f/d)

10-20 hours/week

​Edl Consulting offers HR consulting services as well as HR interim management and coaching to start-ups and small companies. Our mission: to help young companies grow and to accompany them in their professionalisation process, we support companies in establishing sustainable HR processes and structures. Our operational and conceptual support covers the entire HR value chain: employer branding, recruiting, training & development, feedback and leadership culture, support of change projects, and much more. For our clients, employees are the most important resource for the success of the company; they must be found, developed and retained. And this also applies to our own employees!

 

​Your tasks:

  • You support us with 10-20 hours per week - you choose your working days!

  • You search for profiles on suitable channels (direct search) and formulate cover letters that stand out positively.

  • You write creative job advertisements and place them on suitable portals.

  • You independently implement employer branding projects, e.g. the conception and creation of career sites.

  • You will prepare project documents, workshop presentations and training sessions.

  • You get an all-round package! From recruiting tasks to the creation of presentations and reports to the conception of social media stories, everything is included!

 

What you bring with you:

  • You are studying business administration, psychology or similar.

  • You already have some experience in personnel work, e.g. in recruiting, personnel development and/or employer branding.

  • Your work is well organised and solution-oriented.

  • You are pragmatic and analytically strong.

  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally Google word processing programs.

  • You enjoy writing creative texts in English and German.
