freelance or employed for 20-40 hours/week

 

Edl Consulting offers HR consulting services and HR Interim Management to start-ups and small companies. Our mission: to help young companies grow and to accompany them in their professionalisation. We support companies in establishing sustainable HR processes and structures. Our operational and conceptual support covers the entire HR value chain: employer branding, recruiting, training & development, feedback and leadership culture, support for change projects, and much more. For our clients, employees are the most important resource for the success of the company; they must be found, developed and retained. And this also applies to our own employees!

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the communication and support of various customers.

  • Your varied activities include measures from the areas of employer branding, recruiting, compensation & benefits and personnel development.

  • You will independently implement HR projects, e.g. the conception and preparation of appraisal interviews.

  • You prepare project documents and conduct workshops and training sessions.

 

What you bring with you:

  • You have a university degree in business administration, psychology or similar.

  • You have already gained initial experience in setting up HR structures and processes.

  • You are well organised and solution-oriented.

  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally Google word processing programs.

  • You write and speak English and German fluently.
