As systemic coaches, we have a look at the interaction of people, structures, and rituals. It is about the interaction of the acting persons in a social system. The methods of systemic coaching are future-, solution- and resource-oriented. The fundamental question is: What goal do you want to achieve and can you achieve with your available resources?


In one-on-one coaching, we consider you as an individual and as part of your operating social environment. By adopting different perspectives, we develop together a solution to a specific problem.


In a team coaching, we accompany you and your team in questions concerning team building, team strategy, and planning. We convey proven approaches to conflict resolution and help to significantly improve team performance and cooperation.

In our leadership coaching, we specifically address the challenges that have arisen from your (new) leadership role. In a close and trustful dialogue, we develop strategies to deal constructively with your own personal "leadership challenges" and grow with difficult situations.
